Cardano (ADA) traded near $0.22 after a 13% weekly gain, reviving targets from $0.23 to a speculative $8 even as RSI entered overbought territory.

Key Points:

  • ADA rose 13% in seven days and ranked among the top 20 cryptocurrencies.
  • Analysts identified $0.23, $0.25 and $0.26 as key near-term levels, while one highly speculative forecast called for $8.
  • An RSI near 73 leaves room for a short-term pullback.

Cardano Price Rally

ADA was trading around $0.22, according to CoinGecko, after a 13% weekly advance that placed it among the strongest performers in the top 20 cryptocurrencies. The token also outpaced Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) over the same seven-day period.

CoinGlass data showed outflows from centralized trading platforms exceeding inflows as investors moved more ADA into self-custody. That can reduce immediately available supply for sellers.

The rally also carried a warning. ADA’s Relative Strength Index stood near 73, above the 70 level commonly viewed as overbought and consistent with a greater risk of a short-term correction.

ADA Analyst Targets

More Crypto Online said the rebound remained intact and identified a move above $0.23 as the next objective. Crypto With Gopal pointed to an inverted head-and-shoulders pattern, saying buyers were defending the neckline near $0.22 as ADA tested resistance.

“A clean breakout above the neckline could open the path toward the $0.26 target,” the analyst said. Sssebi saw a “big chance” of a move to $0.30 if ADA first reclaimed $0.25, while Ali Martinez recently cited a Tom DeMark Sequential buy signal. Those forecasts remain conditional on further gains.

Cup offered the most aggressive call, saying “the biggest altseason ever is about to start” and projecting a potential move to a new all-time high of $8.

ADA has already produced several sharp rebounds in recent weeks, including an 18% weekly rise reported in early Aug. and a 20% seven-day gain by Aug. 27. The repeated bursts have kept bullish forecasts alive, but the latest RSI reading shows that short-term momentum can also become stretched quickly.
