Bitget has launched the Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub, a structured education program offering certified Web3 training and direct hiring channels for young learners entering the digital asset workforce.

The exchange unveiled the Learning Hub as Semester 1 of its broader Blockchain4Youth program, which has reached more than 15,000 participants since launch.
Students who complete the coursework and pass assessments receive a Certificate of Completion signed by Ignacio Aguirre Franco, Bitget's chief marketing officer. The credential grants access to the Blockchain4Youth Talent Alliance, a network connecting graduates with industry recruiters.
Bitget has also partnered with Bondex, the Web3 professional network operating web3.career, a job board for the sector. Certified learners can build verified profiles on the platform and apply directly to hiring companies.

Industry Talent Gap
Program leaders frame the initiative as a fix for a structural problem in Web3 hiring, where coursework rarely translates into job offers.
"Most young people trying to break into Web3 hit the same wall, they take a course, then have no network, no verified credentials, and no clear path to a job," said Ignacio Palomera, co-founder of Bondex. Aguirre Franco said the hub aims to give learners "knowledge, recognition, and a better sense of where this path can lead."
Blockchain4Youth previously rolled out programs including a LALIGA youth tournament in Thailand, a Google Developer Group campus partnership, and a Web3 encyclopedia for younger readers.
