Bitget said Thursday it will renew its partnership with the UNICEF Game Changers Coalition for a second year, adding financial literacy and AI training across eight countries.

The cryptocurrency exchange first joined the coalition in June 2025 through UNICEF Luxembourg. The initiative has reached more than 642,000 young people, parents and teachers since launch. Girls account for 52% of participants.
The coalition operates in Armenia, Brazil, Cambodia, India, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Morocco and South Africa. It is led by UNICEF's Office of Innovation and pairs public and private partners to widen technology education in emerging markets. New financial literacy and AI modules are rolling into the curriculum, with blockchain content planned for 2026. The renewed partnership will also push the program into three more countries.

UNICEF Backs Skills Gap Push
"Technology is becoming part of everyday life faster than education systems can adapt," said Gracy Chen, Bitget's chief executive. She said the goal extends beyond crypto tools to building lasting digital and financial confidence.
Thomas Davin, global director at UNICEF's Office of Innovation, said many young people remain shut out of skills shaping the modern economy. He said the coalition brings industry, governments and communities together to close that gap.
Bitget's involvement began with a Cambodia visit by CMO Ignacio Aguirre, who met students and educators in local training programs. Chen later supported the coalition's first global UNICEF Game Jam in late 2025, a 40-day program where young creators in emerging economies built original video games with mentorship.
