ResearchOS introduces a pay-per-participant model where researchers fund studies once and participants earn seamlessly. Using Yellow Network’s session-based payments, rewards are distributed off-chain in real time ⚡ and settled on-chain only when needed. ENS is used to give researchers and participants human-readable identities, improving trust, usability, and clarity across the platform.
Reason to use Yellow Network: ResearchOS uses Yellow Network to power session-based, pay-per-participant payouts. Each study opens a Yellow session where funds are locked once, participant rewards are credited off-chain instantly, and final balances are settled on-chain when the study ends. This removes gas fees, delays, and poor UX from micro-incentives in research participation.
