Binance on Monday unveiled an AI suite whose trading agent turns plain-language ideas into strategies, with live trading priced at 19.99 USD Coin (USDC) a month.
Key Points:
- Binance AI Pro drafts trading strategies from typed requests, and users must approve any workflow or trade before it runs.
- Strategy previews are free, while live trading requires the 19.99 USDC monthly Premium plan, due in the second half of October.
- The agent has been in beta since Mar. 25, and each strategy sits in a sub-account only the user can fund.
Binance Rollout
Co-CEO Richard Teng and Vice President of Product Jeff Li presented the suite, named Binance Intelligence, during a livestream, the company said in a statement.
It bundles the trading agent, Binance AI Pro, with a free layer that tailors market data to each user and Agent OS, a platform for developers building their own agents.
Users type a request in plain words, such as asking the agent to watch a portfolio for significant changes, and receive a strategy alongside a visual flowchart. On desktop, they can click parts of that flowchart to adjust, add or remove steps without writing any code, while phone users work through the chat alone. Nothing executes until the user approves it.
Each live strategy runs in its own sub-account, which only the user can fund through a manual transfer, and Premium subscribers can test it with paper trading first. The agent cannot move money by itself, Binance says.
The rollout begins in the second half of October on a freemium model. Standard users can run queries and preview strategies at no cost, within a monthly credit allowance that refreshes for free. The Premium plan unlocks live trading and a choice of AI models, and lets subscribers buy extra credits when that allowance runs out.

Richard Teng Comments
"Finance has always been built for the people who already understand it," Teng said. Li contrasted the agent with general-purpose AI that "just talks about the market," saying it works from the exchange's own market data, execution tools and research.
The company's disclaimer is more guarded, warning that AI outputs can contain errors, are not advice and should not be the sole basis for decisions. The potential audience is large, since Binance counts more than 300 million registered users and all of them are due to get the free layer. Its developer platform already handles more than 280,000 calls a day, according to the company.
AI Pro Beta
The agent is not new, as an earlier version entered public beta Mar. 25 at $9.99 a month, in a sub-account that likewise barred the agent from withdrawing funds. Agent OS followed Aug. 20, when Li described sub-accounts as the main defense against a compromised agent, and rivals Kraken, Coinbase and OKX opened their own systems to AI agents this year.
