The exchange announced the program to mark the third anniversary of its Blockchain4Youth education initiative, timing the rollout to coincide with Bitcoin Pizza Day.
Applicants submit personal details, target regions and portfolio samples through the campaign page. Bitget then selects entries, prints them on pizza boxes and ships them to companies and ecosystem partners. Regional influencers handle social amplification.
Blockchain4Youth has reached more than 15,000 participants since 2023, working with over 70 universities and running more than 100 campus events. Its Talent Alliance connects participants with partners including Bondex, Morph Network and Foresight Ventures.

Web3 Hiring Pathways
Ignacio Aguirre Franco, Bitget's chief marketing officer, said the company wants to give young workers a way to enter the industry and prove themselves to potential employers.
"The future of Web3 will be shaped by the people we empower today," Aguirre Franco said. He added that Blockchain4Youth aims to build pathways from learning to hiring.
The initiative previously launched a Learning Hub offering structured courses and career support for teenage participants. Bitget has also partnered with the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich on student programs tied to blockchain and AI research.
