The exchange went live on the Solana testnet on Jun. 30, 2025, and released its first-year figures on Monday. It has since processed 25.3 million transactions and signed up close to half a million users. Liquidity providers have collected $2.8 million in fees.
Deals with xStocksFi, Backpack, Tether Gold and Sunrise have put more than 20 tokenized equities on the platform, among them MU, SPCX, NVDAx and CRCLx.
Its integration with Bybit Alpha made it the top first-day venue on Solana for new tokens such as BP, MON, ARX and SKR.

Agent-Native DeFi
Founder Emily Bao said the exchange set out to match the liquidity and execution quality of a centralized operation. She said the $3.7 billion total "validates that vision." Byreal has also released Agent Skills, an open layer that lets AI agents swap tokens, add liquidity, trade perpetuals and enter prediction markets.
A second tool, RealClaw, trades spot markets, perpetuals and prediction markets on a user's behalf and manages positions. The two agents cap a year of launches that included Real Farmer, a copy-farming service, Perps, with up to 50x leverage on equities and crypto, and Predict, an on-chain market on real-world outcomes.
