PHIL and WYAC Trade in Double Digits As Bitcoin Eyes the $70000 Level

As Bitcoin soared to loom near the $70000 mark, meme coins like Phil (PHIL) , Settled EthXY Token (SEXY) and Woman Yelling At Cat (WYAC) began to surge as the day closed on October 21.

This was a result of the crypto market bouncing back from last week's slump as the market capitalisation catapulted to $2.34 trillion on Monday from $2.17 trillion last weekend.

Although BTC and ETH hovered above the $69,000, and $2,700 levels respectively, the crypto market soon cooled down as the day progressed. However, amidst this reversal, three meme coins PHIL, SEXY and WYAC ended up in double digits.

The meme coin Women Yelling At Cat derived from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” reached $0.05288 yesterday from $0.02504 over the weekend. Although the reason behind WYAC’s surge isn't known it's quite popular amongst social media users, especially those on X. This meme coins touched an all-time high on October 17 but by the end of October 21 the surge cooled down, reaching a market capitalization of $45.5 million. WYAC was among the top 5 price gainers in the last 30 days as its price increased by 6200%

Meanwhile, PHIL and SEXY have entered double digits by the end of October 21. While SEXY gained 80% to reach $0.5241 from $0.2408, PHIL surged 54% to reach the $0.04 level. PHIL has also seen 130% growth in the last 30 days.

While these three meme coins surged, POPCAT whose price was increasing last week went down 3% in the last 24 hours. Its price has gone down 15% in the last 7 days. This meme coin has pulled up from such slumps in the past.

As per the current statistics, PHIL, SEXY and WYAC are the meme coins to bet on as we go forward through the week. The three meme coins were trading at $0.046, $0.26 and $0.039 respectively when the day began on October 22. Of the three, PHIL is still maintaining the lead as it has gained 10.47% in the last 24 hours and has a market capitalization of $46.53 million along with $16.47 million trading volume.
