Yellow Connects to Arc: Agents and Applications Can Trade and Settle From Day One

Yellow's clearing layer is now connected to Arc, giving applications and AI agents holding USDC on Arc a route to trade and settle across chains without an intermediary holding the funds.

San Francisco, CA – September 16, 2026 – Yellow, the trust and settlement layer for the agentic economy, today announced that its clearing layer is live on Arc, an open, EVM-compatible Layer-1 for stablecoin-native finance and agentic commerce. Applications and AI agents built on Arc can clear and settle trades from day one, with funds released against agreed conditions rather than held by a third party.

Yellow is integrated with Arc from the blockchain’s mainnet launch, joining EVM chains, Solana and XRPL as a connected chain on Yellow. Concretely: an application or agent holding USDC on Arc can deposit into Yellow's clearing layer, trade against Yellow's native liquidity at machine speed, and withdraw to any other connected chain, EVM or non-EVM. Yesterday that agent had no route from Arc into Yellow. Today it does, and it never has to hand its funds to a counterparty or a custodian to use it.

As AI agents increasingly transact with each other, paying for compute, data, and API access on one another's behalf, doing so at scale requires clearing that does not depend on any single party holding the funds. That is the layer Yellow provides: assets sit in vaults on each connected chain, trades between agents and applications are cleared off-chain on a trust-minimised, non-custodial basis, and settlement happens against agreed conditions. Agents on Arc now reach that clearing layer directly.

"AI agents are becoming real economic participants, and they need infrastructure built for how they actually transact: fast, continuous, and without a human approving every step," said Alexis Sirkia, Co-Founder of Yellow. "Arc was built for stablecoin-native finance and agentic commerce, which is exactly the activity that needs clearing. Agents building on Arc should be able to trade and settle with each other from the first day the chain is live, and from today they can."

A second phase, enabling USDC nanopayments as a funding method for Yellow accounts, is planned to follow.
