Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has launched an AI-powered animated avatar called Gracy AI, modeled after CEO Gracy Chen, that is designed to engage users in one-on-one conversations about market strategy, career decisions and long-term thinking rather than delivering price predictions or trading signals.
What Happened: AI Avatar Launch
The Seychelles-based exchange announced the product on Feb. 11, describing it as the first animated digital human in the crypto industry built around a company leader's decision-making approach. The tool is intended to let users discuss market cycles, risk management and industry direction with an AI that reflects Chen's experience.
"Honestly, I still find it a little funny to see an AI avatar of me on screen," Chen said. "But a big part of my job is listening to user concerns, getting close to the details, and helping people understand what's really happening in the market."
Gracy AI follows Bitget's earlier AI product, GetAgent, which focused on analytics and decision support.
The company said the new tool represents a shift toward using AI for interpretation and context rather than as a data layer.

The launch signals a broader trend among crypto exchanges to move AI tools beyond raw analytics. Rather than generating trade signals or scanning charts, Gracy AI is positioned as a conversational layer meant to help users think through decisions during volatile markets.
Bitget framed the product as part of its transition into what it calls a Universal Exchange.
The company has been integrating AI across its platform, from smart trading tools to market insights, and said Gracy AI extends that effort by adding a more accessible, experience-driven interface.
