Bitget won the Best Multi-Asset Technology Platform award for the Asia-Pacific region at iFX EXPO Asia 2026, a prize the exchange links to its expansion beyond crypto into traditional markets.

Award Details

The crypto exchange received the honor at the Oct. 8-9 trade show, where trading and financial services professionals discussed digital assets and traditional markets. Bitget announced the win Oct. 12. Over the past year, it has added tokenized U.S. equities, stock-linked derivatives, gold, foreign exchange and other commodities to its crypto lineup.

Bitget said it is building more tailored liquidity and deeper market depth through its contract-for-difference offering, aimed at quantitative trading teams and institutions with larger positions. The company said this should lower market impact costs and improve execution.

Bitget CEO Outlook

The award comes as crypto platforms move into conventional markets, while traditional brokers explore tokenization and round-the-clock trading. "Traders increasingly want the flexibility to move between crypto, stocks, gold and other assets without having to use separate platforms," said Gracy Chen, Bitget's chief executive. She expects liquidity and execution to matter more, especially for institutions.

Bitget publicly launched its TradFi platform on Jan. 5 and said daily volume topped $2 billion within days, led by gold, U.S. stock indexes and the euro-dollar pair. On Jun. 4, it rolled out Stocks 2.0 with 36 stock-linked assets.
